<p>Unzip or extract the files, next you need to upload the SEO Pack folder into your Plugins folder on your website, I do this with Filezilla.</p>
<p>Now go back to Word Press and go to the Plugins section and click activate to activate the SEO plugin.</p>
<p>These are what you want checked:</p>
<ul>
<li>Canonical URL&#8217;s: Check</li>
<li>Rewrite Titles: Check</li>
<li>Autogenerate Descriptions: Check</li>
<li>Capitalize Category Titles: Check</li>
</ul>
<p>Uncheck the rest!</p>
<p>Now, in the SEO Pack Title you want to enter your keyword only, not the site title, in the General Settings for the Blog Title is where you enter the complete Blog title like the following:</p>
<p><strong>SEO Pack Configuration Panel:</strong></p>
<p>Home Title: (keyword only i.e.) Mattress Pads</p>
<p><strong>In the General Settings area:</strong></p>
<p>Blog Title: Mattress Pads Guide</p>
